Calvert Architectural Group, Inc. provided consulting services to Beacon Waterproofing for the relocation of their business to this new facility designed by HPA. The services included the design of the two H-3 Occupancies and an H-4 Occupancy for the storage of Hazardous Materials, construction documentation, plan check process, and construction phase.

Code compliant design without any Alternative Means & Methods being necessary.
This project with Beacon was the first of many H-Occupancy facilities that CAG provided services for including, Sun Valley – CA, Hayward-CA, Tempe -AZ, Pico Rivera-CA, Houston-Tx, and San Diego-CA.
CAG has also provided overview services for pre-qualifying potential facilities for Beacon’s market expansion into other geographic areas.
